MY WORK:
I submitted this piece for consideration to an insurance company that was looking to create a superhero mascot for an internal promotion. The promotion was intended to incentivate workers to bring new business and talent to the company. In his left hand, Captain Compensation is carrying a golden suitcase symbolizing the monetary rewards he bestows and in his left, a ribbon symbolizing recognition. This piece was not ultimately chosen, but working on it sparked a love of character design.
